IMPHAL, January 5: Imphal West District Police Control telephone numbers 2440100, 2451100 has been out of order since 6am today. There has been no communication with other district police headquarters with connection of any law and order situation , earthquake report etc. Sources said that this is a frequent occurrence and as such hinders important communication. The main problem is said to be that the bills are not cleared on time.
