IMPHAL, Feb 16: The 4th Manipur Tribal Folk Dance Festival, 2015-2016 kick-off today at Royal Artiste Academy for Cultural Heritage (RAACH) HD Raach Bhavan, Langthabal Kunja, complex.
The five-day long festival is being organised by RAACH under the sponsorship of Ministry of Culture, Government of India will continue till February 20.
Nagar Panchayat Chairperson Y Nabachandra Singh attended as chief guest, RAACH chairperson Y Ibopishak Singh as president and Asst Prof., Head of Department, (Manipuri Dance & Music), Manipur University Dr l Subadra Devi as guest of honour in the inaugural function.
