IMPHAL, Nov 14: The Maniour State League Clubs willing to apply by fulfilling the prescribed criteria for the entry to the AIFF 2nd Division League 2011-12 may apply for on or or before November 18 for onward submission to AIFF. The prescribed criteria can be had from the AMFA office, said a release.
