IMPHAL, Apr 20: Perturbed by the failure of the concerned authority to blacktop Paonam Leirak and Laikol Leirak road under Wangjing-Lamding Municipal Ward No 7 and 8 respectively despite repeated request made, locals of the areas blocked the roads from today.
The enraged locals also dig the roads and resolved to blacktop the roads from their own expenses.
